Copyright & DMCA Policy
Last updated: October 6, 2026
Lyrictomelody AI respects the rights of songwriters, performers, labels and publishers. Our tools process audio, lyrics and MIDI that users upload; users must own or be licensed to use what they upload (see our Terms of Service). This page explains how to report infringement and what we do about it.
Reporting infringing material (takedown notice)
If you believe material stored or processed on our service infringes your copyright, send a written notice containing the elements below (17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3)). Notices that do not contain them may not be actionable.
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed.
- Identification of the allegedly infringing material and enough information for us to locate it (job or project link/ID, file name, account if known).
- Your name, postal address, telephone number and email address.
- A statement that you have a good faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act for the owner of the exclusive right.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Send notices to support@lyrictomelodyai.com (the link opens an email pre-filled with this template).
Notices are handled by our support team at the address above.
On receiving a valid notice we remove or disable access to the identified material promptly, notify the affected user, and keep a record of the notice. Knowingly misrepresenting that material is infringing may make you liable for damages (17 U.S.C. § 512(f)).
Counter-notice
If your material was removed and you believe that was a mistake or that you are authorized to use it, you may send a counter-notice containing: your signature; identification of the removed material and where it appeared; a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief it was removed by mistake or misidentification; and your name, address, telephone number, and consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for your address (or, outside the U.S., any judicial district in which we may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who sent the original notice.
We forward counter-notices to the complainant. Unless the complainant tells us within 10–14 business days that they have filed a court action, we may restore the material.
Repeat-infringer policy
Accounts that are the subject of repeated valid takedown notices will be warned, have features restricted, and, where appropriate, terminated without refund. We decide each case on its facts and may terminate an account after a single serious infringement.
Voice, likeness and digital replicas
If a voice model, reference clip or output on our service imitates your voice or likeness (or that of a person or estate you represent) without permission, email support@lyrictomelodyai.com with links or job details and a way to verify your identity or authority. We will investigate promptly and may remove the model, the reference clip and the outputs and suspend the account responsible. See the voice section of our Terms.
For users
Only upload recordings, lyrics and MIDI that you own or are licensed to use for the processing you request. Running a commercially released recording you do not own or license through voice conversion, the vocal remover or similar tools and then publishing the result can infringe copyright. Each upload-based tool asks you to confirm your rights before processing.
