Lyrictomelody AI is a digital service that generates melody takes from lyrics. If a generation generation fails, we refund the credits automatically (or manually upon request), typically within 3 business days.

Refund eligibility

  • A melody generation fails due to a server-side error (credits deducted but no successful output delivered).
  • The output is incomplete due to a system issue (e.g., missing stems, corrupted download) and we cannot re-run successfully.
  • Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase.
  • Duplicate charges within the same 24-hour window.

How to request

Send an email to [email protected] with your account email, order ID (if applicable), project ID, and a short description of what went wrong. We review requests in the order received.

  • Requests must be filed within 7 calendar days of purchase.
  • We may ask for the project ID and logs/metadata. Any files shared for troubleshooting are deleted after verification.
  • Approved refunds are issued via the original payment method.

Chargebacks & disputes

Because Lyrictomelody AI is a credit-based service, unauthorized disputes negatively impact our ability to operate. If you disagree with a charge, contact us first—we can reverse credits faster than card networks.

Fraudulent disputes or refunds requested after delivering successful outputs may lead to account suspension and forfeited remaining credits.

Non-refundable scenarios

  • The 24-Hour Pass is non-refundable after substantial successful usage (e.g., multiple completed projects and downloads).
  • Subscription renewals are non-refundable if not cancelled before the renewal date.
  • Requests made after the 7-day window.
  • Any manual edits or downstream usage after downloading a successful output.
